[DeTomaso] Speed Camera Tickets Not Valid?

That seems like it would or should be some kind of speed trap? Or maybe I should say time trap? Just one more thing BIG brother is sticking it to the public!

But what about those Toll roads in those states, that have determined 
they can fine you based on the speed you were going as calculated from 
your entry and exit times?  They know at the proper speed limit you 
should exit at XX minutes from entry, or later, but -not- sooner, 
otherwise you were speeding.  Based on that, they send you ticket.

I'm all for toll roads as I believe they help generate the proper 
revenue to pay for the road.  At least it would have the appearance of 
the money going for what it was supposed to.  But I don't agree with 
fining people for a safe, albeit fast, trip from gate A to gate B.  I 
know it sounds oversimplified, but if I made it out, I must not have 
caused any accidents.
