[DeTomaso] optimum ZF ratios

RBT has a gear ratio calculator on their web sight. It shows all the
availible gear ratios for every gear as well as the final ring and pinion
gear ratios. It shows the speed at shift points and the rpm drop per gear
shift. Go to http://www.rbttrans.com/gear_ratios.html
