It is very important to get a good mount to isolate the vibrations, otherwise what you get is not usable.

Hi all,

Does anyone have any specific recommendations for in-car or on-car  
camera systems?  Something not too expensive, but having a record  
capacity of 45 minutes or more.  Something not too obtrusive and  
perhaps easily mounted on the exterior of the car as well as the  
interior.

I have a video camera and can get a mount for a roll bar, but it's a  
typical handheld video camera.  I'm looking for recommendations from  
anyone who has used a different system, what kind of features, etc.
