[DeTomaso] NPC: In-car or on-car camera recommendations

The GoPro Hero Cam is a small low cost camera that can be mounted just about anywhere with the attachmentes, even on a helmet. Available for around $240 on Ebay etc.

 

There was a similar thread on GT40's and I think Mike Drew has one and can comment further. Apparently sound quailty is not always great, with a lot of wind noise depending where its mounted, although IMO any camera without an extrenal muffled microphone is probably going to suffer the same if mounted in a wind/draft.
