If I somehow could not understand why it is so incredibly important to
monitor and impose fines on motorists?? Road safety, one speaks of. Okay,
the determination to show that you care about people's welfare, (be it
sound like). Now it so that more people of both suffering and deaths of
many times higher than the quantity of driving, which logically should
have the discretion to determine whether proportionally more forceful
action, but it's not. Why, one might wonder. We have a hard hit junction
in Stockholm, where pedestrians get killed now and then and the voices of
doom that is to be built, but then the authorities must take up his purse
itself, do you think you are talking about people's well-being in this
situation?
