A judge in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware in
Wilmington has permitted Holley Performance Products Inc. to sell its
product line business, which sells parts directly to original equipment
manufacturers, to Navistar Inc. (NYSE:NAV) for about $5.55 million in cash.
