Depending upon the loom design you may need to buy a universal set and put the ends on yourself. I bought the accel 300+ set and did that. Mine are black with a yellow stripe (bought because they were hi po wires and because the car is yellow). Michael Shortt

Subject: [DeTomaso] Spark plug wire lengths
I'm going to ask a question that may not be possible to answer.
Do you need special spark plug wires to be able to use a wire loom? The
wires on my car are too short to allow them to fit into the loom without
stressing the wires. They are MSD of some sort.
I have a brand new set of Ford Motorsport WR-3926-R (or D7PZ-12259-CR if you
prefer) spark plug wires. They aren't the pretty red that the MSD wires are,
but anyone have any idea if they can be installed on a 351C with enough
slack to fit through the looms easily? The plug cables are here and my
engine is 8 hours away, which is why I can't check it myself.
Thanks!
