On my last trip to Switzerland, I stayed at the home of Pantera owners 
Thierry and Flo Monney.   One of their friends came over, and told us that the 
previous year, his mom had been dinged to the tune of about $100,000 for 
going 20 mph over the speed limit.   They do this because speeding fines are 
indexed to income and assets, and his mom happened to be filthy rich....
