My Dart Windsor also has Cleveland mains
not an alum motor but with the mains
it is more than likely the reason I have
not fried them like the seven Pontiac motors
I have done... spin bearing, spin bearing, spin bearing,
rod bolt out the side, spin bearing
 
I even managed to spin a bearing on an original 69
Z28 DZ 302 with a swiveling oil pick up
I guess at 19 years old and bouncing it off
of 8000 rpm something has to give
