[DeTomaso] license plate fit

Yes, the mount for the latch would not allow me to extend the plate 
straight up; I had to pull it out a hair. There is a small gap at the 
top. The old mounting holes will allow me to coat the inside after 
welding. It doesn't hurt for strength either.
