The solution to the draconian EBay and PayPal rules is to use the POCA Mart classified ads in the POCA Newsletter and on the POCA website to buy and sell cars, parts, tools, and other Pantera goodies.  POCA Mart does not have the reach of EBay, but you will be dealing with knowledgeable and honest buyers and sellers where no cares how you pay as long and the buyer and seller agree.
