[DeTomaso] Seat Guides and Quad headlights

I'm looking to upgrade my seats and found Gary Herig to get some Vette ones.
I'd also like to upgrade the slides.  Does anybody have recommendations on
some makes/models of slides that might fit. A mechanic friend told me the he
thought a 4-door honda slide would work, but I don't want to blindly go
digging around in a junk yard pulling seats.

 I've got the headlights apart to fix the motor and am considering the
4-light rectangular rather than the bug-eyes.  Has anybody done the
conversion and care to comment?
