What is the thread on the brake warning light switch? Which cars have same
thread? From which cars fits the brake warning switch?

Anders, the thread is a straight Euro pipe thread, NOT a tapered pipe
thread as has been published. I've never found a perfect cross from anything.
Either the threads are tapered or the electrical connectors are wrong, on
Jaguar, FIAT, Alfa and others.

When I needed to adapt the OEM brake switch to another fitting from its
original mount, instead of buying a one-use special tap, I ran a std 1/4" SAE
pipe die down the original threads to adapt it to tapered threads for our
available fittings. In 8 years on our Pantera's modified brakes, it's not
leaked. If I were to need a replacement switch, I would use a non-hydraulic GM
brake light switch hooked between the dashboard brace and the brake pedal arm.
This type of switch only responds to position so it never leaks fluid, and
they're dirt cheap at GM dealers or in wrecking yards. They apparently don't
often fail either. Good luck- J DeRyke
