Want to be really radical? Build it with the engine offset into the
passenger area like those modifed cars or the Smokey Yunick Sidewinder Indy
car, then run a device like a transfer box to a short drive shaft to the
tranny. ESP. Since handing isn't an issue. Michael Shortt

moving the V6 and Trans forward and maybe use a short drive line to a solid

Cheetah) with Chevy's help.To be a Cobra killer! Of coarse Chevy backed out,
and then there was a Factory fire...So the rest is History? They did build a
few cars and they where very fast but squirrelly? They are building a
continuation Cheetah (kinda like the C.S. Cobra) but that's another story.

car had the engine set back so far that it did not use a drive
line...Engine-Trans-Ujoint-Rear Axel. If there was room, maybe that type of
set up might work??? Again if there was room.

how easy that is with a clutch to get boost up like that?? If I do it I
think I will put 5 speed in and see how it goes. Will be a lot faster than
my 351C and get great mpg when not wot.
