There's a faster way to do that.   Chuck the bolt/wheel into your electric 
drill.   Then go to your bench grinder, turn the grinder one way and the 
bolt/wheel assembly the other way.

That's a good way to turn socket head cap bolts into round-head Allen bolts 
too!
