[DeTomaso] Pandora's next 15 minutes of fame...

Microsoft took 500 digital pictures of my car, which is #3846, and is 1972 model, not a 1971 model that they claim in the game specs. Sadly, they made me take off the rack, which I believe is a dealer-installed accessory. It may not be something that is found on a racer, but I still like the way it looks.

Even though it's just a game, I still find myself wincing every time I hit a wall (which is often since I'm lousy at video games. Except Donkey Kong, since that's what I played back when video games were really sophisticated!)

Sincerely,

Chris

VIN 2324 is an early 72 (single rear ZF mount) and has a flat deck. But I've heard that changes were not allways orderly and later cars could have earlier parts if they found some paying around.

My son found it and downloaded it before I had the chance to tell him. He
wanted me to let you know that it runs and sounds fantastic and he can blow
the doors off of GT2s. He also wanted me to ask you if your insurance would
pay for him to wreck it :)

One comment he made was that the trunk had the ridge, unlike my '71. When
did the split trunk start to appear?
