Actually, it's more complicated than that.   The Swiss government strictly 
regulates clubs, and there is a lot of bureaucracy and red tape involved 
with forming a club.   This is just a local group of Pantera guys who likes to 
hang out and act like a club, but doesn't want to have to file papers with 
the government, keep records etc.   I don't think there is any animosity 
though, I think they are members of the formal Swiss club or clubs too.
