Hey there is a project I can relate too. Found photos of the car on its ad.
Got some bad rust like my car visible through the paint surrounding the
drivers door, behind the tank and at the A-pillar jamb to outer fender
skin...which obviously means its probably rusty all over. so its gonna need
a lot of metal work. But the car looks very original and complete. Similar
to my own logic ( or lack of)  on my car, this one would be a way to get
into a Pantera inexpensively if a person was comfortable with the rust
issues. Completeness of the car is its upside I think...condition of all the
other items other than body tub could be really good...so...take it apart,
replace the bad metal, put it back together...EASY!!!  =)
