First look at the connector between the headers and exhaust pipe on the car 
you have. Exhausts on Panteras were quite complex and its possible to have 
one of three different. Will this be for a GTS or a gr-3?   One of the 
choices uses cup-shaped connectors and a thick "doughnut" gasket" while the other 
two have flat flanges and use flat gaskets. Both types of gasket are 
generally available from a host of sources and likely are available local to you
