This is an unsolicited endorsement, I have no financial interest, bla bla
bla.
There are a number of free websites that allow you to hang large files out
there for others to download. I have used www.yousendit.com extensively -
they have a 100mb limit (you have to pay to share files larger than 100mb).
Lately I've been using www.4shared.com due to the higher file size limit.
You zip the photos into a single 50mb file and use one of those two
services. You'll get a link that you send to Mike - he clicks on the link
and downloads the file.
It's like sending a CD but free and instant. I'm sure that there are other
free file sharing services out there....

Sure, then I have to send a $20 flash drive to Mikey, and expect him to send
it back. A bit more expensive than burning a disk.
Mike Drew, et al, can I post the files to the POCA website, in my album or
somewhere that can you pull them down from there?
Mike

It might be unreadable because it is telling you to use a USB flash drive
instead of a CD. CDs are so, outdated.
You can buy an 8G flash drive almost anywhere for about $20. You don't have
to format it. You stick it in the USB port, and start using it.

That's probably true, it might not be readable across different Windows
systems either, such as Win 7 to XP or 98 or 64-bit v. 32-bit. Always best
to close the CD if you are going to send/give/loan to someone else.

disc format you do normally need to close out the session before the CD
becomes readable in any computer other than yours.
