It's called "Downfall".   It's a German-language film that was nominated 
for an Oscar.

I always get this mixed up with "The Bunker", which was an almost identical 
film made a few years earlier, starring Anthony Hopkins and a whole cast of 
Brits pretending to be Germans.   It's difficult to stomach Germans with a 
Coventry accent!
