[DeTomaso] :  turkey-tray intake gaskets

With any steel-shim intake (or head) gasket and alloy heads, the embossed 
areas of harder steel gaskets will dent softer aluminum, making subsequent 
resealing very difficult. The heads often need surfacing to fix this. And with 
air-gap intakes such as the Victor or others, the function of the 
turkey-tray splash-shield (keeping oil char from forming on the bottom of the intake) 
is completely unnecessary. Also, if your intake does not use the 
exhaust-heat passage in the intake, you don't need its heat shielding. Finally, just 
getting the turkey tray gasket is more difficult due to its size and the fact 
that they are not included in gasket sets. So you pay extra for something
