Yes, they were the same, and the original FIA homologation paperwork showed 
the complete rear suspension setup, at the time in the Gr3 configuration 
(thin vented front rotors, solid rear rotors, standard street calipers).   
However, the factory did homologate CV joint driveshafts for the Gr4 cars on 
July 1st, 1972 (in the associated FIA Homologation paperwork there is a 
photograph, and the description, "Joints Homociketiques Lobino") although I don't 
know of any Gr4 cars that actually raced with them.   It's certainly 
possible that at least one car did; usually a single car would run the radical 
improvements (such as the aluminum eight-piston Lockheed front brake calipers!) 
but the rest ran with the more 'standard' configuration.
