Aftermarket Spicer halfshafts take F-500 Ford truck u-joints. Stock halfshafts take u-joints that are even larger. Either one is good for more power than a 351C can put out. Problem is, u-joints as received only have preservative grease in them. Guys buy the things and shove them into service without greasing them, then wonder why the u-joints fail....THe grease-before-using requirement includes the 'stronger' u-joints with no zerk fittings. You HAND grease these. Good luck- J DeRyke
