Read it again.

It is clearly saying that if you prefer any color other than red, you have
an excessive amount of fur on your face and rump.

I remember a study out of the 1980's maybe that indicated the most ticketed
color during
daytime was red, while the most ticketed color at night was white.  Easier
to see???

I don't remember if the % of cars by color was factored in or not.

Years ago, during a defensive driving course I was taking (taught by an
ex-Texas State Trooper), the following question was asked...

"What if there were 10 cars all speeding and you saw them. What would you
do? You can't stop all of them!"

His reply.

Stop the red one.
Why?
Because they are the fastest!
What if there isn't a red one?
Stop the black one! They're the next fastest!
What if there isn't a red car or a black car?
I just turn on the lights and siren and at least two people will stop
because they feel guilty.

I have had a silver car ever since.
