Dan and Jack, This may be another source for the wheels halves.

Jongbloed Racing Wheels make similar wheels to what you need. I knew the founder Bill Jongbloed about 25 years. Looks like he sold the business about 10 years ago. It appears that they still make some nice wheels for both racing and street. Years ago they did a lot of wheels for Atlantic race series cars and a few Indy cars. Good luck.
