Um, no; I just thought you were looking into the future - the way future!  I never refer to my Pantera by its vin - too impersonal for me.

So, how DO you refer to it? 

Does your car has a name?

Since the VIN is unique to every car, I kind of think it is very personal.

Larry - My personal SSN is 2xx-xx-xxxx, but I go by Larry  :-)
