There is supposed to be a survey on the POCA website re that very thing.  I haven't seen it so far but I would hope it will appear soon to give all POCA members to vote for their choice and plans made.

Athough I have had numerous people comment that they want to be back in Vegas 
the powers that be in POCA insist that everyone loves Reno so I wouldn't hold 
out much hope.
