    Is it 3 years for all classes or just at higher speeds?

Simpson and other mfg like G-Force will re-certify and redate the belts. And yes the tech rule for orr is 3 years.

Hmmm, maybe you should go with a 5-point from G-Force.  I got mine 
earlier this year and I just now checked the tag, they are good till 
2014.  Now, with that said, SSCC only allows belts less than three years 
old I believe. You'd need to double check the rules, I know it's in the 
rule book somewhere.  If you need more info on what I have, let me 
know.  It's late here and I don't want to look it up right now. ;)
