[DeTomaso] Techno question: where is this gremlin located?

Steve, what exactly is the issue?  Do you wish to be able to turn the fans 
on before the thermo switch would normally kick them on, or do you feel the 
thermo switch has the fan running when it is unnecessary?

There are different wiring options of vary complexity depending on the 
change you desire.
