If you go for stock bushings, be aware that the prices are all over the 
place, depending on the source.

There's an e-bay store (Maseratisource) that sells complete suspension 
rebuild kits consisting of six balljoints, a full set of stock bushings, and two 
tie rod ends for $795 or 'make offer'.   Historically, an offer in the $300 
range has been accepted.
