It's a complicated question.

The deck height is taller, so you have to run a wider intake manifold.  
  Most everything else parts-wise is the same.  But now you have  
considering raising your exhaust headers and if you have enough room  
in the engine by, because the heads go farther up and farther out.

My answer to your question would be -no-.
