There is a speed shop called something like Autobaks that caters mainly to Japanese rice racers that has it, or used to last time I went there.
It is not really that close to me, so online works just as well

 question for those of you using the ATE blue or amber brake fluid, did you 
rder online or manage to find aiot locally at the generic auto stores (NAPA, 
'Reilly etc.)?

 search didn't bring it up on any of their websites, but for generic stuff in 
y experience that's not always an indication whether they have it or not.
