That is not the issue here. The issue is that max TQ and max HP are not 
normally at the same rpm, unless the torque falls drastically at that 
rpm, like when an RPM limiter kicks in.

If you look at Brents curves you see that the TQ curve is very flat, 
which means that HP is more or less proportional to RPM. When the TQ 
starts falling, the power increase with rpm starts to go down until at 
one point TQ has fallen to the point where you will have max HP, and 
anything above that results in both power and TQ falling.

The 5252 figure is a constant to correct for the torque and power units. 
If you use the metric system you will not have any such constant, all 
the units will already fit without any need for them.
