If you have the problem, it's normally quite noticeable.   It's easy to 
spot in the daylight; with the car running and the engine warmed up; just flip 
the headlight switch to the first position.   Your gauges will either jump 
higher, or they won't.   If they don't, be happy and don't mess with it. :>)
