[DeTomaso] Coddington Campys direct-buy

At one point in time "Wheels by Boyd" and "Boyd Coddington Wheels" were two separate companies.  Did one buy the other after Boyd Coddington's death?

Pantera East designed these wheels and has an exclusive and legally binding 
rrangement with Coddington that prevents them from selling them elsewhere. 
 Marino has had to 'remind' Coddington of this several times in the past
