[DeTomaso] Front Licence Plate Bracket for a 1973 Pantera L

If you get the Collector Car plates in Washington, they only give you one
(for the back), and you only pay for it once - permanent registration ($35
in '04).  The only thing you can't do is get a vanity plate (I got over it
in about 1 week).

Well, so does California, but that doesn't stop any of us from running with
no front plate. :>)
