Buy the best one that you can afford.

Make sure it can breathe

I use mine more as a dust cover so I don't care about water, i care about
the inside surface against the paint.

You want it washable

You want lock down loops to run a cable underneath perhaps, or weight down
the sides.

The ones with a zippered driver side entry suck and the zippers can damage
the paint,

I like the mirror pockets, they help it stay in shape on the car.

Washable


Forget the silly storage bag, it's hell getting it that small again, just
fold it and put it in a trash bag when not in use.
