Funny you should ask.   I spent several days last week chasing down these 
animals on behalf of a Pantera owner in Finland.   I tried every auto parts 
store in town, the Pantera vendors, etc. etc. and came up empty.   Ford 
discontinued this part years ago.

I then learned that a Pantera owner and machinist named Marlin Jack 
manufactures these things from scratch, and charges $35 each for them.   He sells 
them on E-bay all the time, although he doesn't currently have any listed.

While waiting for Marlin to get back to me, I did a Google search on the 
Ford part number, and actually found an obsolete Mustang parts dealer in 
Hollywood that had two original Ford units in the original bags, so the guy from 
Finland opted for them instead; the price was the same.   But that guy only 
had two, so they're both gone now.

Here's a link to a PI forum post that Marlin put out, showing what he 
makes--looks identical to the Ford piece.
