[DeTomaso] POCA and the ProvaMo Registry

I assume that those of us who are not POCA members would not have access to
the registry if it was run by POCA.

And I've been asked, what about the people that don't want just any old POCA person to
have access?

I don't have any idea, or way to check, just how many of POCAs current members are also
ProvaMo members.  If there are 1,000 POCA current members, but there is something like
2,800+ cars, and maybe 2,000+ ProvaMo.com 'members', then POCA is actually a minority
participant in the ProvaMo registry.  

There are several possible solutions, to this and EVERY other question I have received
(directly), and these current questions are from list members, and have yet to include PI
Board followers (that are not on this list) and ProvaMo members that are not in either
group.

Any future possible action must take everybody's needs into account....

Perhaps there could be a POCA flag in the database which identifies a POCA entry
which POCA members can access...

Lots to consider... and since this topic has come and gone several times over the years
I'll need to find my notes next...
