So Mark, why don't you and the POCA people meet with Chuck in the middle,
as a mediator ( yes I do that too ) it's all about seeing why he wantsts
what he wants and
why you want what you (POCA ) want.

Michael, it is really more than that.  It might help for us to have a telecom
and discuss the matter.  Keep in mind it is not about money or compensation.
There are many other factors not mentioned here (in public).
