[DeTomaso] New Windsor vs All aluminum new 5.4 modular? - Life after 3 decades with a Cleveland

If I do an engine change to something other than a Cleveland it will definitely be a LS engine...1,2,3,6,7 or 9.  

They are absolutely amazing in their capabilities, size and weight.  Dressed weight is right at 300 lbs.  450 or

so with the trans and the size of a 289.  There are a few going into Panteras and GT40s as we speak.  The only

issues are the Vette units have the power steering and AC mounted low.  The power steering would go away of 

course and the AC is easily moved to avoid frame clearance issues.  I'm starting to talk myself into it already.
