[DeTomaso] Gas tank inside coating

This is a messy and awkward job because you have to make sure that you  get 
everywhere inside the big and ungainly tank. You might talk to a radiator  
shop. They have big tanks to submerge it in and they can line it. Not  very 
expensive either.
