It had to be one of those freak winds that comes up in valleys, we all know Art would never exceed the speed limits.

OK.  Maybe it because it is a slow day on the board or curiosity gets the
best of me.

Under what circumstances is the Pantera prone to flip over?  Speed? Trigger
Event?  Flat spin rate?  I gots to know!
