[DeTomaso] Turn Signal Electrical Diagram Addition and Updates

electrical diagram has been added for the turn signal circuitry on very  early cars 
with turn signal flasher modules which differ from the standard  plug-in 
flashers of later cars. This diagram includes the physical  orientation of the 
wiring on the flasher module. This new diagram is dated  3-29-2010.
