I forgot something important.

If you don't have a golf cart ( most tracks have banned scooters, mopeds,
etc. for getting to and from corners, bathrooms, food, etc )

You will absolutely need a child's wagon or better yet a Garden cart (
Sam's, Wal-Mart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe's ) expanded metal with inflatable
tires
that roll well in sand and tall grass for making fuel can, tire changing,
bags of ice runs and they make an excellent, grid cart for a jumper battery,
water, umbrella
tools, etc. They are a PIA to carry around, but invaluable at the track.

You also want to mount a closet rod or folding clothes bar that hangs out
someplace to hang the driver's suit and nomex underwear out to air out/dry
after each run, they get sweaty and wet
, don't forget a hanger with clips for the balaclava, gloves and socks.

If you are the type to hang out at the track and have the resources, an LCD
projector, a white tarp, side of a trailer and speakers and a copy of
"Lemans", "Winning", "Grand Prix", "Gumball Rally",or "Cannonball" will
make you the favorite camp to visit all night long.

If you decide to show "Driven",or " Days of Thunder" , expect to be driven
out of camp and have your pit, camp site and car torched.
