I have a 69 Shelby GT350 in my Escondido CA shop right now. We are doing a few things for the owner, who by the way owns 7 of them! Anyway it is indeed 351W powered. Dan Miller in San Diego area.

The 1966 Hertz cars were unique, and painted in special Hertz colors. In

they weren't any different from the ordinary cars. So there is nothing
particularly special about them.

Mike is right, there were Hertz rentable Shelbys in '69 (as well as '68), but no specific markings like on the '66 GT-350H cars (I have '66 GT350H #1423). The '70 cars were all 351W powered as they were left over '69s. I have a copy of the Shelby Registry and can look up any number if so desired.
