[DeTomaso] npc - engine in hertz shelby mustang 1969

I read a story about people who use to rent the high performance mustangs
from hertz and the race them in weekend ralleys. I also read about people
who rented them and then swapped out the engines replacing the high
performance engine in the rental with a stock engine.
