The pressure tank should be filled, and the overflow tank only half-filled, 
when the car is cool.   By overfilling the overflow tank, you've engineered 
the situation you're experiencing.

Not to worry though--it's not a problem.   As the coolant in the system 
heats and cools, it expands and contracts.   When the system is overfilled and 
the coolant expands, some pukes overboard.   Eventually the system finds its 
happy place, and you won't puke coolant anymore.

If you haven't changed your radiator cap recently, now is a good time to do 
that too. :>)
