[DeTomaso] Ignition Lock Cylinder Removal

I've got a new ignition lock cylinder from Pantera Performance Center, 
but I can't figure out how to remove the old one.  I've dropped the 
steering column and removed the plastic cowl.  The housing for the lock 
cylinder has two small holes in it, but fiddling around with punches in 
those holes to depress something that will let it slide out has not been 
successful.  Any advice?
